The Council conducted the cleanup exercise with Advocates for sustainable Development Ghana (ASUD Ghana)

Executive Director for ADSUD Ghana, Dr Alexander Amoah revealed that Techiman is the food bucket of Ghana and therefore the city must always be kept clean.

According to him, keeping the city clean is the main priority of the Traditional Council and before the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, the traditional councils in combination with the Techiman Municipal Assembly were organizing monthly cleanup exercise and ASUD will be complementing the efforts of the Assembly and "Nananom" to keep the city tidy.

He further thanked all and sundry for their Contribution.

He revealed that Nananom wants to project the name of Techiman very far and they aim at making the City one of the cleanest in Ghana.

Nana Antwi Bosiako urged the indigenes of the town to help Nananom to achieve their target by not littering around and also adopt the system of waste segregation

Nana Kentenhene believes the waste segregation will also go a long way to help the waste management recycling company set up by Zoomlion Ghana.
