Techiman-Krobo Nursing Training College Crys For Infrastructure. 

Speaking to Mr. Fredrick Anaba the principal of Krobo NTC pointed out that, the government is helping Krobo Nursing and Midwifery College (NTC) but the college lacks major infrastructure such as dormitories which has lead to about 80% of student’s population living outside the school making it difficult for the authorities to supervise the students and again because the college don’t have a dining hall the students are forced to stand and eat, which also is not helping their academic lives and are therefore appealing to philanthropist and other organisations to come into their aid to construct a dining hall for the college.

Krobo Nursing and Midwifery Training College (NTC) which was established in November 2012 and currently have student population of about 852 and is the first government nursing and midwifery college established in the Bono East capital of Techiman needs support.

The students, lecturers, and staff at the Krobo NTC cannot cope with this currently since the school is facing a lot of challenges which include infrastructure and other developmental projects as a health institution. 

Among some of the facilities, the school is lacking includes a dining hall, dormitories, classrooms, a computer laboratory, teacher’s bungalows, and many more.

The Students Representative Council President, Raymond Gyan, and another student also expressed worry over the situation in the school.

They continued that, Krobo NTC is facing Infrastructural problems and is making academic work very difficult to cope with.

The majority of students on their part explained that, since they don't have enough dormitories, they live outside the school which imposes a security threat to their lives.
