Stop Militarization of Internal Security- Dr.Mark Oliver Kevor 

An aspiring Eastern Regional Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr.Mark Oliver Kevor, has condemned militarization of internal security issues  by Akufo Addo led  government. 

He said government must leave management of internal security  to the Police .

He made the statement when the Eastern Regional Executives of the opposition NDC, visited troubled Nuaso community in Odumase Krobo to sympathize with victims of recent military brutality, and engaged residents to understand their concerns to push same for a national conversation for the impasse to be resolved .

Dr. Kevor who is a former Regional Secretary said, Krobos are peace loving people who must be treated as such ,and not as hooligans.He therefore called for immediate withdrawal of the military personnel from Kroboland.
