Says his next album “Gift of God” will feature Vybz Kartel and Beyoncé.

Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, has declared that his next album titled "Gift of God" will feature global superstar Beyoncé.

He chose to mention Beyoncé and Vybz Kartel to be featured in his next album, leaving out the other names for future revelation. It would be recalled that Beyoncé included Shatta Wale on her "The Gift" album used as a soundtrack for The Lion King's animated reboot.

The VGMA Artiste of the Year winner told BBC's Focus on Africa that his next album will be the title the "Gift of God" and will involve international artiste.

"The Gift of God, this is an album where I am going to have a couple of collaborations. People know me to create albums with me alone. I play my beats; I mix and master everything myself. So, I am going to do a few collaborations with me and Beyonce and with me and Vybz Kartel."

 

 

He expressed his assurance for the sales of the album, disclosing a solid plan to boost sales both domestically and globally. 

Shatta Wale's confidence at mentioning a worldwide superstar like Beyoncé brings about speculations as to whether he negotiated a deal with her while being involved with her album.
