Shatta Shatta is mandated by the court to apologize to Bulldog

Shatta Wale must make apologies to Lawrence Asiamah Hanson in accordance with a recent court ruling in order to stop the defamation case that has been filed against him.

Shatta Shatta is mandated by the court to apologize to Bulldog

Bulldog filed a lawsuit against Wale in reaction to his ridiculous allegations that Bulldog was responsible for the murder of Fennec Okyere, the manager of Kwaw Kese.

These accusations were made by Shatta Wale on November 2, 2022 in a Facebook post. The Accra High Court allowed the plea made by Shatta Wale's solicitors to settle the dispute out of court during a previous court session.

A month later, Shatta Wale's legal team showed up in court to announce a significant development: the parties had in fact come to an early understanding of the settlement's parameters.

Then, in order to allow the parties time to iron out the details of the settlement, Shatta Wale's attorneys asked for a one-month postponement.

It was necessary to file the consent decision with the court, along with the agreement's terms. Justice Joseph Adu Agyemang Owusu's Accra High Court was advised by Bulldog's attorneys that a settlement had been reached in principle.

A formal apology for Bulldog is required by the settlement, according to a Starr FM report. An important step in resolving the conflict between Shatta Wale and Bulldog was taken with the settlement of this litigation outside of court.

The public apology aims to allay the complaints brought up throughout the court procedures as well as additional requirements that were mutually agreed upon.

This new move increases the possibility of future reconciliation between the two parties. The plaintiff's and defendant's counsel will now concentrate on completing the settlement's conditions and ensuring that both Shatta Wale and Bulldog can successfully go on.

Back in 2022, after Bulldog allegedly leaked his upcoming album Gift of God online, Shatta Wale vowed to expose him. The late artist manager Fennec Okyere was murdered, and Wale promised to explain what he thinks really happened.

Shatta Wale declared on Facebook that he was prepared to testify in any court on what Bullgod had revealed to him regarding the murder of Fennec Okyere.

Bull Dog, since you are revealing secrets, you will inform Ghanaians of what happened to Fenicks' (sic) Murder, he wrote. And this time, I'm not joking! Prepare yourselves because I'm about to inform the court of what you and your men told me about how you and they planned that stupid deed. You won't get a chance to commit a murder on our streets because of this Akufo Addo! Watch how it all turns out! You cannot outrun time.
