A 55-year old juju man remanded for two weeks in police custody for allegedly killing a man at Gurugu.

The two accused persons on March 18, 2021, were suspected to have killed and dumped a Sierra Leonian and were however arrested and detained by the Police.

 H/W Mr Amadu Iddrisu the judge of the Tamale District court read to them their charges yet they pleaded not guilty and informed the court to grant them bail.

After their pleas were rejected, the judge remanded them for two weeks to reappear on April 1, 2021.

Soireenews on March 16 reported that a 55-year-old Juju man, Mohammed Hardi was arrested for allegedly killing his customer (Sakawa man) at Gurugu suburb of Tamale in the Northern Region after the Tamale District Police via an intelligent report were informed that Asedia, a 33-year-old Sierra Leonian National has been murdered.

The suspect according to DSP Omare Boakye was detained to assist them on investigations but the body of the deceased was deposited at the Tamale Teaching Hospital morgue for autopsy.
