Body of NDC youth organizer found 4 days after his death
The Ghana Guardian revealed in a report that the youth organizer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the Mempeasem branch has been found dead in his room after 4 days.

The late Abass Seidu was found four days after he passed away in his room. His neighbors upon realizing an awful smell coming from his room at Mempeasem checked the room and saw Seidu's lifeless body in the room.
Former youth organizer of Essikado-Ketan constituency of the NDC, Kofi Wayoe confirmed the sad incident saying, “The reason we could not realize earlier that Abass had died was because Abass always travelled without notifying anybody including his family members”
“So when we did not see him or hear from him for four days, we thought he had travelled as usual,” he noted.
His door was forced opened by the neighbours after which his deadbody was found in the room. He was buried the same day since he was a Muslim.
The cause of his death is not known at the moment but his death is a blow to the Mempeasem NDC fraternity. We express our condolences his family and the entire NDC community. Rest in Peace Abass Seidu.
