The license to sell alcoholic beverages at a nightclub in South Africa has been revoked after at least 21 people, largely youths, died there.

The cause of the fatalities is still a mystery.

The bar where the teens died on Saturday night after a party has been cordoned off with yellow police tape.

As forensic investigators conduct their investigation, police have also been dispatched to the area.

The nightclub owner will face criminal prosecution, according to South Africa's liquor regulator, after two minor customers died there.

By law, nobody under the age of 18 is allowed in nightclubs in South Africa.

Authorities say there were no visible injuries on the bodies of the deceased and suspect that the deaths could be linked to the poisoning.
