SA prison service opposes Jacob Zuma's return to jail
The 80-year-old received a 15-month term for contempt of court last year after declining to testify during a corruption inquiry.

The prison system in South Africa has said that it will appeal the court's order to re-arrest former president Jacob Zuma.
The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) issued a statement saying, "After carefully studying the judgment, Correctional Services is convinced that another court may reach a different conclusion."
On Monday, the Supreme Court of Appeal upheld an earlier decision that Mr. Zuma's medical parole had been illegal and ordered him to report back to prison.
The 80-year-old received a 15-month term for contempt of court last year after declining to testify during a corruption inquiry.
However, after serving two months in jail, he was released after his attorneys contended that he needed treatment for an unknown fatal disease.
