Roads Minister Tours Assin Enclave To Inspect Ongoing Road Projects
The Minister of Roads and Highways, Mr. Amoako-Atta toured Assin enclave to inspect the ongoing project and the abandoned roads.

The Road Minster together with his staff and the Central Regional Minister, Madam Justine Assan Marigold, and Central Regional Highway Director, Mrs Mercy Payne led the delegation on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, on the road tour.
The Assin Foso Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Nicholas Fifi Baako together with the Presiding Member, Mr. Andrews Kwaku Addo, the Municipal Works Committee Chairman, Mr. Eric Mensah and the Depty in-charge of Protocol at the Presidency and NPP MP hopeful for Assin Central Constituency, Mr. Joseph Agyei Benin met the Road Minister, Hon. Amoako Atta to inspect the Abandoned 5kms Bypass starting from Police Barrier to St. Andrews Junction. From there, they met the *Shimizu dai-Hippon JV Contractors on the N8 Construction to inspect the road which starts from Assin Foso to Assin Praso.
The Road Minister together with the delegation moved to Assin North Constituency to inspect Asempanaye to Kushea road of which the base level has been completed waiting for the asphalt.
  
The Road Ministe together with the delegation moved to Assin Kushua to Hwediem of Oboasi Road to inspect the Steel Bridge Project on the River Pra which is a 70-meter double Spin Single Line Bridge*.
Addressiny Nana Okukudrufo Twumasi Ankra I, the Road Minister explained the benefit of the Assin Foso bypass and how the project will be after completion and also promised the people of Assin North, especially those who access Assin Asempanay3 to Kushea road to expect the completion of the road in few Months.
Moreover, The Road Minister replied to NDC critics who claimed the then NDC government led by Former President, H.E John Dramani Mahama awarded the contract and raised funds to construct Assin Praso to Yamorasa before leaving office on January 7, 2017. 
According to him, Politicians should be serious and seek the interest of their constituents and not who started and who completed like what's happening across the Country.
Deputy in-charge of Protocol at the Presidency and NPP MP hopeful for Assin Central Constituency, Mr Joseph Agyei Banin addressed the award-winning Presenter, Nana Okukudrufo Twumasi Ankra I, he pleaded with the people of Assin Central Constituency to support the road projects in prayers and the purpose of Mr. Amoako Atta's visit in the Constituency.
