Present Bawumia to shame your enemies - NPP fun clubs to leaders

The leadership of the Coalition of Bawumia Fun Clubs in the Adansi enclave has called on the leadership of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to consider presenting Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as a flag bearer for the party in the 2024 general elections.

Speaking at the launch of the Coalition, frontier by Emmanuel Dorma, a communication member of the NPP in the Fomena Constituency, who doubles as the chairman of Bawumia for President Fan club in Kumasi said, it will be in the best interest of the party if they present Dr. Bawumia as a way of shaming critics who have tagged the NPP as an Akan party.

"We are supporting Dr. Bawumia because we want to dispel the notion that the NPP is an all Akan party, which not true but it’s a party for all and whoever deserves to lead should be given the nod," Abdul Aziz said.

The National President of Bawumia for president who doubles as Frafra Chief of Ashanti region and a member of the Hajj Board, Naaba Musah Akanbonga Mohammed also explained that they're supporting Dr. Bawumia because of his knowledge and experience in politics.

The convener for the Collation, Emmanuel Dorma on his part also said the only person to break the 8-year jinx for NPP is Bawumia.
