Police Would Soon Arraign Kasoa Millennium City Notorious Lands Grabber Before Court
Mr Hassan Amidu was arrested by the police officers on Friday, March 4, 2022, and he would be arraigned before the court in the coming days for allegedly forging signatures of the late chief of Gommoa Nyanyano and his stool signature to defraud clients in the pretext of selling lands to them in Kasoa Millennium City and its adjoining communities in the region.

The police in the Central East Police Regional Command in Central Region are processing to arraign before the law court a 38-year-old Niger National living in Kasoa Millennium City, Mr Hassan Amidu who was arrested on Friday, March 4, 2022, for grabbing lands and subsequently sold to many unsuspecting Ghanaian land developers.
Mr Hassan Amidu was arrested by the police officers on Friday, March 4, 2022, and he would be arraigned before the court in the coming days for allegedly forging signatures of the late chief of Gommoa Nyanyano and his stool signature to defraud clients in the pretext of selling lands to them in Kasoa Millennium City and its adjoining communities in the region.
He was busted in his hideout by the police and charged him.
The accused was charged with the fraudulent transaction of land, causing unlawful damage, offensive conduct and forgery of other documents.
Background
According to the information available to this news outlet, Mr Hassan Amidu has allegedly forged the former stool secretary of Gommoa Nyanyano and some kinsmen of Nyanyano stool who are dead to defraud many unsuspecting investors in land dealing transactions.
After he succeeded in dumping his clients, the Niger National has gone to hide for committing such a heinous crime.
This reporter uncovered that the Central- East Regional Command has uncovered the criminal activities of Hassan Amidu and his accomplices a couple of days ago.
This reporter gathered that Mr Hassan Amidu has secretly provided various land documents purported to have been signed by the late chief of Gommoa Nyanyano stool, Nana Obeng Wiabo and his stool secretary to prove as the genuine documents to convince his clients to give the money to him (Hassan Amidu) for the transactions.
Further investigation from the Gommoa Nyanyano Stool Secretaries confirmed that Hassan Amidu has forged their signatories to sell many lands to unsuspecting Ghanaians.
The members of the stool used the opportunity to call on the land developers who purchased lands from Hassan Amidu and his friends should immediately contact the Gommoa Nyanyano Stool Secretary for settlement of the agreement or else such persons may be lost their landed properties.
