Parents Must Counsel their Children before marriage - Rev Isaac Oppong

The founder of Healing Mountain of God Ministry in Suhum Municipality of the Eastern Region, Rev Isaac Oppong, has said parents must counsel their children who are ready to marry not the pastors.
He said pastors do not know the character of young men and women who are ready to marry, these could be done by their parents who trained them in their homes.
So when it comes to marriage issues, they must leave it to the parents to handle or counsel them, the pastors job is to pray to support the couple the day of the marriage.
He said, this time some of the pastor counselors are collapsing a lot of marriages through their influences.
Speaking in an interview with Soireenews.com, Rev Isaac Oppong said, dealing with family issues can be an exhausting ordeal.
He pointed out that many factors are under consideration in the process. Emotions, experiences, outlooks, and individual conditions all play a role.
He added that the parents will also identify each member’s weaknesses and strengths.
The man of God stated that they achieve this through sessions that involve detailed discussions and conversations.
