Acting President of the Wassa Fiase Traditional Council, Nana Attobrah (2) has advised parents to teach their wards on the dangers of homosexualities.

Homosexuality is "an enduring pattern of emotional, romantic, and/or sexual attractions" to people of the same sex.

Nana Attobrah made this call when the Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, George Mireku Duker commissioned a 12  unit modern classroom block at Essosu and Domerabra and an ultra-modern toilet facility at the Fiaseman S.H.S. at an estimated cost of one million Ghana cedis with funding from the minerals development fund.

Nana Attobrah lamented that although various stakeholders in the country are against homosexuality yet there's the need for parents to guide and educate their children on the dangers and health implications of that act.

The Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural resources who doubles as the Member of Parliament for Tarkwa Nsuaem in an interview with the media said the government of Ghana is committed to ensuring education becomes very accessible and stressed the need for government to invest more in education to brighten the future of Ghanaian school children.
