Sarkodie has made a plea to the law on behalf of Akuapem Poloo.

The rapper asked for a sincere pardon from the law after it was reported that the socialite was yesterday convicted on her own plea after she was arraigned before court for releasing naked photos together with her son.

He took to his Twitter page to send his pleas to the government, adding that Akuapem Poloo is his "sister".

According to him, the way to treat a case of this nature is not to separate a child from its legitimate mother as this will cause more harm than good.

“I think it’s a little harsh to separate a child from the mum just because of pictures taken … would want to plead with the law to pardon our sister Folded hands #FreeAkuapemPoloo”

This follows after many other celebrities have taken to their various social media platforms to show support for Akuapem Poloo.

Kwame A Plus maintained that Akuapem Poloo should be the last person in Jail considering all the evil that politicians are allowed to perpetuate.

He opined that the law has been engineered by the corrupt to favour the corrupt but plague the weak.

Broadcaster Bridget Otoo also fumed that in any fair country where rules and laws work, NAM1 should probably be behind bars and forced to refund all the money he took from the unsuspecting customers.

According to Bridget Otoo, the haste and speed with which Akuapem Poloo’s case has been treated even though she has not caused any harm should have been given to the NAM1 case.
