The Jaman North Constituency Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Sah Abraham has said described the Member Parliament for the area, Mr. Ahenkwaa Yaw Frederick as a man of development who is poised to help reduce unemployment in the constituency.
Speaking at a job training program organized at Sampa, the district capital, to train people in the preparation of soap, pomade, pastries, among others, Mr. Abraham stated that the program was in fulfillment of a campaign promise made by the NDC.
The cost of the training is free but Ghc30.00 will be charged on each participant for the award of a certificate, he said.
The beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the MP and requested financial assistance to expand their businesses after the training.
Nasarah, one of the trainers from Rose Amazing Training Foundation, called on others to embrace the training to acquire skills in the various vocations to improve their living standards.
