“Our KG block is a death trap”- Asiri Assemblymember laments
Honourable Mfodwo Barnabas, assembly member of Asiri Electoral Area is appealing to the Jaman North District Assembly to come to their aid as they also contribute to national development.

The Assemblymember for Asiri Electoral Area in the Jaman North District of the Bono Region, Honourable Mfodwo Barnabas has lamented on a 'death trap' KG blocks in two schools which poses threat to the pupil in his constituency.
An interview with Soireenews revealed that overcrowdedness in the classroom due to the bad shape of the building is affecting learning in the Asiri Electoral Area and according to Honourable Mfodwo, both R/C and Presby KG blocks are death traps.
He has therefore called on the Assembly to support the community with KG block following the Parent-Teacher Association(PTA) 6 -unit classroom block put up for the primary school.
Touching on other challenges facing his community, the Assemblymember hinted at the lack of a toilet facility in the Asiri market.
He stressed that, due to cashew farming, the market in the Asiri community is now one of the biggest in the district but the lack of toilet facility in the market does not depict a good image of the community to guests.
He has therefore appealing to the Jaman North District Assembly to come to their aid with the taxes they pay.
