Oppong Nkrumah thankful for being maintained as Information Minister

Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has expressed gratitude to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for reappointing him as minister-designate for the Information Ministry.

Mr Oppong Nkrumah in a tweet, suggested that his reappointment showed the President's confidence in him, to maintain the ministerial position.

The Ofoase Ayirebi lawmaker was among the list of ministers-designate that Mr Akufo-Addo presented to Parliament on Thursday January 21.

Among the returning Ministers are Albert Kan Dapaah with the National Security Ministry, Ken Ofori-Atta for Finance and Alan Kyerematen for Trade and Industry.

In all, Mr Akufo-Addo submitted names of 27 persons to be vetted and, subsequently, considered for approval as ministers of state.
