Socrate Sarfo has come to the defence of Celestine Donkor on her recent Yedawase track which features a lot of secular artistes.

According to the Ghanaian filmmaker who is the Director for Creative Arts at the National Commission on Culture (NCC), every single person that has criticised Celestine Donkor is ignorant of the true mission of gospel music.

He singled out radio personality OB Nartey for criticising the presence of Efya and Akwaboah.

Per his words, no one can judge who is qualified to do gospel music and as long as people are entertained.

Socrate Sarfo explained that the Gospel message will not reach the ear of the numerous worldly fans if Celestine Donkor does not harness the talents of the two for the propagation of the gospel.
