Fuming with anger, the customers told Soireenews.com Greater Accra Regional Senior Reporter, Mr. Freeman Koryekpor Awlesu in an interview today Thursday, May
12, 2022 that for the past eight days ago they cannot access the daily results using the only operational and functional official shortcode of NLA*959#.
"What we are saying is that the operational and functional official shortcode of NLA*959# is now becoming useless because what we are experiencing now is that when it is 7:30 pm mandatory time designated to check the results via online, and that when you enter the operational and functional official shortcode of NLA *959#, it tells you that the results are not in or check the results on the UTV, whilst the lotto results are already be televised or telecast on the UTV.
"So when some of us who don't have television set to listen to the lotto results we end up of not getting the results at all because we depend to access the draw numbers from the only digital lottery platform of NLA *959#.
"And that the non-functioning of the official shortcode of NLA *959# in these days is worrying us," the customer raised an alarm bell.
In this regard, the lotto staking public called on the Ministry of Finance to immediately probe the matter with the KGL Technology Limited, the online lotto marketing company responsible for the operation of *959#.
