Nkosouhene Donates Maths Sets To Support Akyem Nyafoman Students
The educational materials include fifty (50) mathematical sets and packs of pens to all BECE candidates who would be sitting for this year’s BECE examination.

The Nkosouhene of Akyem Nyafoman in the Birem North District in the Eastern Region, Nana Totuo Kantinka, has reaffirmed his commitment to supporting education by educational materials to the final year students in R/C Basic and JHS School in Akyem Nyafoman Community.
The donation geared towards this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
The educational materials include fifty (50) mathematical sets and packs of pens to all BECE candidates who would be sitting for this year’s BECE examination.
The gesture was aimed at assisting the EECE candidates to prepare adequately for the exams and also presented six hundred (600) Exercise Books to the same R/C Basic School.
In hs brief remarks Nana Totuo Kantinka noted that the donatio is the second edition he has made.
In a brief ceremony at the forecourt of the School, Nana Totuo Kantinka handed over the materials to the headmaster for onward distribution to the students.
According tonhim, the gesture aimed at preparing the candidates to come out with flying colours in the upcoming BECE.
He stressing that it has become an annual initiative to help the students prepare adequately for their final exams.
He advised the candidates to make good use of the materials and put up their maximum best to excel in the examination.
He entreated the candidates to refrain from examination malpractices at the examination centres since that could jeopardise their future when caught and urged them not to be intimidated by the police or BECE questions.
On his part, the Headmaster of Roman Catholic R/C Nyafoman M/A Basic School, Mr. Bright Frempong, disclosed that there are 41 candidates comprising 25 boys and 16 girls to sit for the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination in the Akyem Nyafoman.
He pointed out that the gesture will equip the students with the necessary tools for the examination.
Finally, some of the studendts expressed their appreciation to the Akyem Nyafoman Nkosouhene, Nana Totuo Kantinka, for the support and pledged that they would do their best to excel in the examination.
