President of Paris Saint-Germain, Nasser Al-Khelaifi has vividly declared that Neymar and Kylian Mbappe will retire in Ligue 1 with current champions.

The Qatari businessman made these comments following the dramatic comeback of PSG against Atalanta in the ongoing Champions League quarter-finals in Portugal.

 

 

Mbappe’s second-half introduction enhanced a struggling Paris St Germain to resurrect from a goal down to score two in three minutes.

Atalanta scored in the 26-minute through Mario Pasalic and held unto the goal late in the second half yet the intelligence and teamwork engineered by the French kid and Brazilian wonder boy gave Marquinhos a 90-minute goal before Eric Maxim Choupo Moting sealed the win late in injury time.

"Ney, with Kylian, is one of the best players in the world," Al-Khelaifi told RMC Sport after the game when asked about his stars.

"He's in the top three.

"Neymar was the man of the match, he was great.

"He and Kylian will never leave.

"They'll stay with PSG."

 

 

The win means PSG have made it to the final four for the first time since 1995 and the celebrations were mandated yet the club president addressed a quick focus ahead of the semis. He unveiled the need to transform the club as they pursue their first champions league trophy since its inception.

"We're going to celebrate tonight, but tomorrow we'll be thinking about the semis," the club president added.

"We have to change the mentality of the players, the team, and the media because everyone doubts PSG.

"This is a special day for us, I'm very proud of the players and the staff.
