NDC Primaries: Dr. Winfred Korletey Baah Outlines Key Plans To Transform Manya Krobo Constituency

An aspiring parliamentary candidate for the Lower Manya Krobo Constituency in the Eastern Region, Dr. Winfred Korletey Baah, has has outlined his plans in a ten bulleting points that he intends to accomplish when voted to lead the NDC as Lower Manya Krobo Constituency parliamentary candidate for the 2024 general elections.
Describing them as the new paradigm shift and critical factors, he said the interventions included political will, a change in governance structure, research and development, strengthening of inputs and market systems and human resource development.
He noted that he has over qualified to the lead NDC in the area and have what it takes to improve the necessary resources for the development of the other sectors, including industry, health, education, road, and infrastructure, in the medium to long term.
He has promised to serve with a clear direction, focused mission and an innovative bottom to top management approach when given the node.
"When we talk of experience, is not just occupying the position without evaluation Experience comes with accountability, experience without observing is impotent Experience without showing work done is propaganda. Experience without impact positively is useless.
"Dr. Winfred Korletey Baah as a young man at the Ghana Medical School having the people at heart, founded Kingdom Medics International non-governmental organization to go out for evangelism and donate to the less privilege in society.

On the issues of legislative representation, Dr.Baah strongly articulated issues of concern of the people of Lower Manya Krobo Constituency at the Legislature.
He stressed that he would that ensure that his people interest are captured in all legislations.
According him, he would make sure that the on matters involving voting, the people interest will be advanced.
He assured to lobby all stakeholders to advance the interest of the good people of the Lower Manya Krobo Constituency.
He indicated that these will ensure that the constituents interests are always advanced and protected in Legislation.
He maintained that he would identify the various potentials within the Constituency., promising to undertake projects briefs and due diligence studies to establish the viability of these projects.
He said he would present, projects inbriefs and due diligence studies to potential investors for consideration and projects execution.
He said the Municipal Assembly and local actors will be encouraged to take up equity in these projects, adding that these action will be creating opportunities for all stakeholders and kick start the Constituency.
He mentioned that he would endure the welfare of constituents through the programmes of introducing teachers support and recognition scheme.
He added that when given the nod he would introduce Health staff support and recognition scheme, introduce Educational Fund to support Constituents and create a Fund to support other Professional groupings to support their business activities.
He said he would enroll qualified Constituents on the Government LEAP program to reduce the hardships they face and explore the possibility of sponsoring Constituents registration on the National Health Insurance Scheme.
He stressed that the Cumulative effect of these will brings about improvement in the quality of life of the Constituents.
I would identify Economic and Social infrastructure needs and the current status of those existing, and develop project briefs and lobby stakeholders in Government and NGO's to improve economic and social infrastructure within the Constituency.
He indicated that the improvements in these creates opportunities for economic empowerment within the Constituency.
