Former National Democratic Congress's Chairman for Kintampo North in the Bono East Region Mr. George Wood has been reported dead after few hours of falling sick.
The former Member of Parliament for the Constituency, Mr. Kwasi Etu Bonde in a WhatsApp chat announced the sad incident to Soreenews reporter E. K. Ansah.
He said the late George wood complained of being sick and was to the Kintampo Municipal hospital at about 3 PM yesterday.
He was pronounced dead an hour later at 4 PM.
The cause of the Chairman's death is yet to be published by doctors.
