An educationist, Stephen Yanne is urging the National Council for Curriculum & Assessment (NaCCA) to take advantage of the Badu Nkansah Publication brouhaha by learning from the mess to correct their lapses.

The mess according to the educationist is a blessing in disguise as it has unveiled some lapses in the activities of NaCCA which was not known publicly.

He has however opposed the suggestion that the government should discontinue working with Badu Nkansah Publication.

Speaking with Ark News monitored by Soiree News Bono Regional Correspondent Nana Ama Asiedu, Stephen Yanne said the Nkansah publication has been of help so far as the curriculum for Ghanaian schools is concerned.

The Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has said, the gatekeeping role of the National Council for Curriculum & Assessment (NaCCA), National Inspectorate Board, Ghana Education Service, and Book Development Council has become porous.

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa said when all is settled Ghanaians should be careful about things that have the tendency of dividing the country hence calling on the government to discontinue working with Badu Nkansah Publications.

But Stephen Yanni said the misfortune should be an opportunity to do reforms in the work of the National Council for Curriculum & Assessment (NaCCA), National Inspectorate Board, and Ghana Education Service

He is however y advising the public who have been given the opportunity to serve the country to do so with a sense of patriotism.
