"Another funny incident that happened was when the programs manager ordered me to edit my voice on my live show which I refused. He later gave me a query letter for defying his orders and after that, my contract was terminated after just four months”, he reminisced.

He revealed his devastation at the sacking, as he explained that his depression stemmed from the fact that he came to Ghana from the United Kingdom after seven years of stay because of the radio job.

Master Richard as he is known by many recalled that the experience was one of the saddest moments of his life.

"I said all my life and with the experience in radio, good production team is one thing I believe in because if your program will be successful it depends on the production team you have.

'I came back from UK and didn’t have a production team, I later got two guys to help with the production but it was tough for me because I was not getting money for their transportation to work and back home, the late Fennec Okyere was even the one who got me two other guys…" he properly explained for a second time.
