The Member of Parliament for Kwesimintsim in the Western Region of Ghana, Dr Prince Hamid Armah has officially opened an office in his constituency to address the needs of constituents.

The MP during the election campaign promised that he would offer service that is truly representative and inclusive.

Truly to his words in less than a month after being sworn in into office has made this promise a reality.

The office, per his words, will help to define the constituency through ideas and opinions on what is best for the people before implementation.

"The Office of the Member of Parliament will be the primary avenue of contact between constituents and myself and will be a place where they can channel grievances, seek clarification, interact with the MP and generally ensure that they are getting value for their votes.

The office, first of its kind in Kwesimintsim, is directly linked with his office in Parliament House, Accra, meaning that even when he is not physically in the constituency, constituents will still have access to him.

"Everyone in Kwesimintsim, whether they voted for me or not, is welcome in this office. It is the people’s office and from there, we will work to achieve our common goals."

He thanked everyone who contributed to the realisation of this dream and everyone who graced the occasion.
