MP Leads Constituents To Clean Asesewa Market
And for the second time in a month, the Honourable Member of PARLIAMENT for the Upper Manya Krobo constituency, Comrade Bismark Tetteh Nyarko led the constituents to clean and dislodge choked gutters in the Asesewa market.

The proverbial Asesewa market which was popular in elementary school books years past has been left in filth.
This was due to the non payment of salaries of workers of Zoomlion for over a year now by the previous administration.
And for the second time in a month, the Honourable Member of PARLIAMENT for the Upper Manya Krobo constituency, Comrade Bismark Tetteh Nyarko led the constituents to clean and dislodge choked gutters in the Asesewa market.
Enthused about seeing the MP in the thick of affairs of leadership by example, the constituents trooped from their homes with brooms, shovels and other tools to join their hardworking lawmaker.
According to the lawmaker, the clean-up exercise will be replicated in other major markets of Sekesua and Akateng on a monthly basis.
Comrade Bismark Tetteh Nyarko commandeered some of the DRIP equipment to assist in the exercise.
A resident teacher who voluntarily sweeps the Asesewa lorry stationat dawn on weekends, Mr Paul Paul Dotsey Kwesi Adjavon was happy of the enthusiasm of the people to assist in making the environment clean.
A resident of the community expressed her sentiment on how the environment is littered and entreated the District Assembly to enact bylaws to punish offenders.
