A motor rider believed to be in his 17s has been found dead at Abuom Sankore Road in Asunafo South  District of the Ahafo  Region

The deceased who is identified as Abubakar Sadick according to reports was found at the roadside tied with a rope.

The killers are believed to have hired the rider to where he was murdered. The Assemblyman for Sankore North Honourable Ishmael Mohammed speaking in an interview with Soireenew's‘ Sulley Dramani expressed his displeasure with the high crime rate in the area.

He lamented that the area is gradually becoming the headquarters of criminal activities.

The Assemblyman has therefore called on Security agencies in the Ahafo region to investigate criminal activities going on in Asunafo South.

The Public Relation Officer of Ghana Police Service Ahafo Region Command, ASP Isaac Kwami Loh confirmed the incident disclosed that the police had information that a pragia Rider has been murdered and when they proceeded to the scene, they saw the deceased by the roadside.
