DJ Khaled's family-friendly Instagram Live was interrupted by a model who thought the forum was for twerking. Now the woman—who has been identified as Sophia James—tells The Shade Room that it was all a misunderstanding. 

"I respect DJ Khaled and his beautiful wife and family," James said.

Tory Lanez's Quarantine Radio has shifted the perception of Instagram Live during this pandemic. As a result, James assumed Khaled's IG Live session was his rendition of Tory's show. This led the now-viral video of Khaled trying to shield his eyes while James twerks and pours water on herself.

DJ Khaled is married to Nicole Tuck and together they have two children. This prompted some people to believe that James was infringing on their relationship with her antics.

"I’m more than sure to bank his marriage is stronger than an IG Live video gone viral," James said in response to the criticism.
