Its the first time Jurgen Klopp is missing in the nomination after winning it for an unprecedented five time this season.

Mikel Arteta, Sean Dyche, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Chris Wilder will compete for the manager of the Month Award for February.

It’s the first time this season that Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp is missing from the nominations. The Liverpool manager made history by winning the accolade for the fifth time as he went pass Man City’s Pep Guardiola’s forth time.

Overall, it was his eighth Barclays monthly award won by the 52-year-old, moving him level with Martin O’Neil and Harry Redknapp. 

Mikel Arteta in the second month of the year extended his side's unbeaten start to 2020 with a draw at Burnley and back-to-back home wins over Newcastle United and Everton.

 

 

Sean Dyche guided Burnley into the top half with an undefeated February. In between draws against Arsenal and Newcastle his team beat a resurgent Southampton side and AFC Bournemouth, putting him in the frame for a first manager award since March 2018.
