Midwife pleads support for a 2-year old
Boy and Father

A midwife of Ajumako Kwanyako Community clinic, Christiana Nyarkoa has pleaded for support for a son whose parent is mentally sick.

A 2-year-old boy was discovered to be under the heat of his father who takes him for a hunting expedition day and night at Ajumako Kwanyako in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of Central Region.

Due to the distressing nature, he was abducted by the midwife who has taken care of her feeding and accommodation and is appealing to the public including NGOs, individuals and the Government to come to their aide.

In an interview with Central Regional Correspondent, the mentally sick father of the young boy, Kofi Ntsie disclosed that since he was abandoned by the child's mother, he has always involved his son in his activities including hunting since he has no one to leave the boy in her care.

He is therefore pleading to the public to help them relocate from their current place of abode and be able to take care of his child.

The unit committee chairman, Mr John Yamoah also called for aid on behalf of the family through Madam Christiana Nyarkoa on 0243446984 and himself; Mr John Yamoah on 0543252964
