The reality is that the hip-hop and music industries are still quite misogynistic, which is why there aren't many women working in these fields.

M.anifest has happy memories of Eno Barony defeating him in a rap competition

Rapper M.anifest commended Eno Barony, a partner in the business, and recalled how she had won a rap war against him at an unidentified radio station.

M.anifest offered Barony flowers while appreciating her outstanding talent and earning a name for himself in Ghanaian and African rap music culture.

In a conversation, the rapper referred to Eno Barony's entry into the music business as the "breaking of the glass ceiling moment."

He recalled, "I remember the first time I was on the radio station with her, when I saw her, she out-rapped me, and I was like, 'Oh my goodness, who is this one?'"

However, the honorable rapper noted correctly that Barony has not received fair treatment in the industry since she is a woman.

It is challenging for a woman to work in these environments, even for something as straightforward as late-night studio sessions.

He added that in order for the music industry to prosper, women need be given equal opportunity."Bring the gals and demons if we want to succeed."
