Liverpool have finally spoken to Bayern Munich about Thiago as the deal to get the Spaniard to Anfield edges closer.
Bild reports that the Reds have contacted the Bavarians sporting Director, Hasan Salihamidzic and the amount involved has been officially communicated to the Premier League side.
A price difference of 10 million is reported to be the difference between the offer by Liverpool and the amount requested by Bayern Munich.

The 29-year old is on assignment with Bayern Munich in Portugal to honor their Champions League campaign. He has earlier rejected a contract extension and rumors have it that the Reds have already agreed on a deal in principle with the attacking midfielder.
