LGBQT+ is filthy and madness -Ahafo Regional Minister tells media

The Ahafo Regional Minister, Honourable George Boakye has described LGBTQ+ as madness and filthy which must stop glorifying it nor be a topic of discussion in the media space in Ahafo.

Speaking to Soireenews Sulley Dramani in Goaso, Hon George Boakye said LGBTQ+ is not part of Ghana culture

"It's not part of our culture as Ahafo people of Ghana, I'm a Christian, I don't glorify negativities, we are even telling our people that something called LGBTQ+ shouldn't be discussed".

Hon George Boakye, therefore, appeals to Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs, religious bodies in the region to join forces to ensure the LGBTQ+ will not get access to the region.
 
"The Ahafo Region area strongly supports the promotion of proper human sexual rights and Ghanaian family values but does not support any activity of the LGBTQI," Mr Boakye added.
