Let's stay together -Kojo Bonso appeals to delegates, aspirants

As the National Democratic Congress's National Delegates Conference approaches, one thing that will be common is the name -calling amongst others. Which tendencies are likely to divide the ranks of the National Democratic Congress and further deepen the cracks. But, in all these, one thing is a must that is, to win political power to enable the Ghanaian to be led with a difference. It is in that regard the Former Mayor of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly, KMA, Comrade Kojo Bonso, is appealing to delegates, aspirants, and their followers to be circumspect and measured in their activities. "We have only one NDC. The whole of Ghana, the business community donors, and the like, are looking for a credible alternative to redeem the country from the ill-fated government", he contended in an exclusive interview with Soireenews.com. According to him, the obvious is clear that only the NDC can save the country from further dwindling. The Former Mayor was upbeat that Ghana has all it may take to get back to economic development but was quick to add that, certainly not under the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP). "How can a party in waiting to provide the leadership Ghanaians desire go on a rampage demonstrating a learned character of the NPP", he queried. Mr. Bonso noted that the happenings at the recent National Youth and Women elections are nothing but a shameful representation of what the NDC is not. He, however, appealed to the party hierarchy to investigate and call perpetrators to order. He divulged that a move in that regard will be time to correct misgivings before the National Delegates conference which comes up Sunday, December 18,2022. " There are major issues to deal with; the Electoral Commission and National Identification Authority's decision to use Ghana Card as the only document for registration. Meanwhile, we all know only a handful of the Ghanaian voting population has the Ghana Cards so why must we sway attention and give them the leeway to have a field day", he question.
