Region, Nana Kwaku Aryeh IV has charged the police and political figures to help redeem the image of Sefwi.
According to him, with the help of the above mentioned stakeholders, they can clamp down on criminalities in the municipality.
He said the Sefwis are not bad persons as purported by some people, believing strange hands have always been the brain behind some criminal activities in the Sefwi land.
Nana Kwaku Aryeh IV emphasised the commitment to supporting the redemption of the Sefwi image during a press briefing today.
“We all know the police are doing well and the Nananom. I will entreat all and sundry to collaborate to redeem the image of Sefwi. The Sefwi land is not bloody, as people think. We all have to pay our dues to redeem our image,” he emphasised.
The traditional authority urges the government to prioritise education, as it is the key to the development of every nation.
“I will entreat the government and other stakeholders to support our education system, I strongly believe it’s the only a means to succes,”
In addition, he called on the constituents to shun their political affiliations but to support the new MCE to succeed.
“We all know what happened some years back, which has affected the Municipality in terms of development. I will entreat all and sundry to support the new MCE to succeed devoid of our political affiliations,” he added.
