Let's Avoid Filth - Zoomlion

Ashanti Regional Manager for Zoomlion Ghana limited, Mr. Franklin Ofori Akuffo has made a humble appeal to Ghanaians that they should be wary of how they intentionally create garbage on the environment.

He revealed that filth within the rainy season causes a lot of harm to human health and that there's the need for people to prioritize a healthy environment in order to avoid any health risk.

He said it's an onus on the Ghanaian citizens to make sure the environment is void of uncomfortable living as a result of filth.

The Zoomlion Manager expressed worried over how some people intentionally cause garbage at unauthorized places with the mindset that "Zoomlion will pick it". He said such a mentality is very wrong.

He however revealed that Zoomlion is not only meant to collect garbage but there are other things it does, does like recycling of waste, disinfection, house to house services for people, etc.

He advised that "It is the collective responsibility of us all as citizens to make sure our environment is kept tidy. Don't let us intentionally cause filth for the sake of Zoomlion, it's a wrong mentality".
