Ladies Found Guilty in Obomeng Lesbians Marriage Litigation Case

The lesbians were sentenced to pacify the gods with Nine cartons of Kasapreko Gin, Nine cartons of Schnapps, Nine Rams of Sheep's (all white), and Forty-five thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC 45,000.00).

The alleged case of a lesbians wedding that was interrupted by the chiefs and the Mpraeso police a week ago was heard at Obomeng Chief Palace on Thursday 2nd April 2021.

After thorough findings by the chiefs and opinion leaders of Obomeng, Kwahu, presided over by the overlord of Obomeng traditional council Nana Effah Opinanamang III, the ladies were found guilty of the charges levelled against them and were charged by Nananom to pacify the gods of Obomeng and the entire Kwahuman Traditional area.

Nananom sentenced the ladies to pacify the gods with Nine cartons of Kasapreko Gin, Nine cartons of Schnapps, Nine Rams of Sheep's (all white), and Forty-five thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC 45,000.00). 

Additionally, the Landlord whose house was the centre of attraction for the said wedding was also found guilty of abetment and faces the similar punishment of Six cartons of Kasapreko local gin, Six cartons of Foreign schnapps, six Rams of Sheep's and Three thousand Ghana cedis to pacify the land. 

Speaking to the media after the adjudication, Obomeng Hene Nana Effah Pinamang III opined that the said items were collected not for the interest of the chiefs, but in the interest of the entire Kwahuman traditional council to do the necessary sacrifices needed to pacify the Kwahu entire land and urge the natives of Kwahu to take lessons from the case to desist from future occurrence.

Nana Nyarko Baawuah, Kwahu Beponghene on his part seconded the judgement of the case and applauded the verdict of his colleagues and called on all chiefs to follow suit in the fight against the lesbians and gays in Ghana.

Bepong chief narrated that the verdict is a good step to the people of Kwahu Obomeng and its environs to prevent the youth from partaking in such abominable practices.

Lawyer Moses Foe Amoani, Nana Nyarko Baawuah and many others dignitaries were present to throw their support for the fight against the lesbians and gays in Ghana.
