Kwesimintsim MP Distributes Exercise Books To Various Schools In His Constituency

Members of Parliament and MMDCEs in Ghana as part of their schedule visited Basic schools after resumption from coronavirus break and have educated them on the necessity of adhering to the various health protocols to prevent the virus from spreaing.

The Member of Parliament for Kwesimintsim constituency in the Western Region, Dr Prince Hamid Armah has toured part of Basic Schools to welcome pupil after a lengthy break to fight the novel pandemic.

The MP in an interview with Soireenews disclosed his purpose of the visit was to see at first-hand how school authorities, teachers and students were coping in school and the extent at which the various health protocols of coronavirus were being adhered to. 

He visited the Apremdo Catholic Primary and JHS, St. Anthony of Padua, Kwesimintsim, Ilmun-Naafie English and Arabic, Sabon Zongo; Anaji M/A Primary and Whindo Methodist School.

The MP for Kwesimitsim joined by the team from his foundation, the Dr Prince H. Armah Foundation, distributed the first set of 20,000 exercise books to basic schools in his constituency.

He made an assertion that Education and improvements to social infrastructure are two of three pillars which will be the focus of his first term as Member of Parliament for Kwesimintsim and this is the first step in the direction of fulfilling that mission.
