The Kwahu Traditional Council and its accredited elders and kingmakers in the Kwahu East District of the Eastern Region have formerly outdoored the newly enstooled Paramount Chief of the area, Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng lll to the general public at the colourful event held on Saturday March 9,2025.

The accredited elders and kingmakers of the area have performed these tradition rituals after they have successfullyinstalled  Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng lII to ascend the throne.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Kwahu Abetifi Chief who doubles as Kwahu Adontenghene, Acheamfour Asiedu Agyemang lll disclosed that the newly installed Paramount  Chief Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng lll, was confined by his kingmakers to be educated further on all patterns of Chieftaincy customary rites and after successful completed has to be outdoored to his people and finally was escorted by his kingsmen to the outdooring grounds to be introduced to his subjects,.


The traditional office holder called on all the Chief's to pray and support the new Paramount Chief (Kwahuhene) to succeed in ascending the throne to bring the needed development to the people in the area


On her part, the Paramount Queen-mother (KWAHUHEMAA) of Kwahu Traditional Area, Nana Adwoa Gyemfuah lll called on the citizens of the area to lent their support to the newly enstooled Kwahumanhene. 

She stresed the urgent need for the disgruntled people to put aside their differences and unite to foster support for Daasebre's vission to ensure accelerated development in the area.


For his part,  the newly Paramount Chief of Kwahu Traditional Area, Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng lll  thanked the Kingmakers and the people of Kwahu for the confi­dence reposed in him.

The Paramount Chief assured his people that he would continue the good works started by his prede­cessors and indicated that his major concern is to ensure that there will be absolute peace, unity and stability, which he says would attract investors in order to enhance development.

He indicated his commitment to release over 200 acres of land for execution of large farming activities in the area.

"I am going to make available different lands which will be grading for the youth for farming in order to develop and feed Kwahu and Ghana at large.

"I am ready to work with my people to help push the effective implementation of various social and developmental initiatives which would supplement my vission and effort at creating jobs and improving the economy," he assured the citizens of the area.

The newly installed Paramount Chief promised to liase with the Minister of Roads and Highways and the five (5) Members of Parliament (MPs) in the Kwahu block to the area two tractors to help boost farming activities within his traditional area.

He  promised to lend his support to Kwahu United Football Club to get to the premiership level.
