Organizer of the Kwadaso Constituency, Mr. Frank Amoako says he is a strategic Constituency Organizer despite claims by the Member of Parliament, Hon. Dr. Samiu Kwadwo Nuamah that he has abandoned his mandate after appointment and enjoying life in the capital city of Ghana.

The Member of Parliament of Kwadaso Constituency submitted his nomination forms on Monday, February 11, 2020 and addressed party faithfuls on the executives plot to thwart his effort and deny him from representing the Municipality in Ghana’s parliament for the second term.

According to Hon. Dr. Samiu Kwadwo Nuamah, his constituency organizer has been frustrating his efforts by refusing assistance as he prefers attending to his personal duties than staying in Kwadaso for the constituency job.

“How can an organizer speak ill of this constituency when it is not so, all in the name of ruining me. Ever since he was voted on his post, he has refused to stay in Kwadaso and prefers to be in the capital city expecting who to organize the constituency?” he asked.

Speaking on Angel FM morning show on Thursday February 13, 2020, the organizer denied the claims levied against him. He exposed the MP as “incompetent and not committed to the course” hence his words against party executives.

Frank Amoako further progressed that per the regulations of the New Patriotic Party, only the secretary has the mandate to be in office every time therefore his absence does not contravene his duties.

“As I talk to you (anchor) now, I am in Kwadaso working. There is nothing wrong when I travel out of the constituency. My absence does not negate my mandate as the organizer.

“I am a strategic constituency organizer and supervise on my assistants. People are chosen to work under us due to situations like this. I make sure to report to the constituency every weekend and during emergencies when I am away.

“The Member of Parliament is my leader. I respect him so much, because I am a devoted Christian and per the teachings I have been given from Sunday school in Assemblies of God Church until date, I cannot disrespect him. I am just surprise that he single-handedly pointed me out as the one underperforming.

“The truth is that he is incompetent and cannot help the constituency because he is not committed to the course. Majority of the people in Kwadaso are not on his side and that is what he should be working on rather than apportioning blames.

“He is accusing me of neglecting my duties forgetting that he is a victim of what he is reproaching me of. Per my own findings, the MP of Kwadaso is one of the first absentees in parliament so he should not even think of reading out my functions," he exposed.

Mr. Frank Amoako advised that Hon. Dr. Samiu Kwadwo Nuamah should stay submissive and cooperating rather than allowing self-importance to set him ablaze in the New Patriotic Party. He beckoned that the trench between party executives and the Member of Parliament should be closed in order to permit peace to reign in the party.

“Kwadaso Constituency is clouded with darkness. There is no concord between the party executives and the MP.

Four aspirants have picked nomination forms to contest in the parliamentary primaries on April 25, 2020, and included is a former Member of Parliament, Mrs. Josephine Hilda Addo.

Hon. Dr. Samiu Kwadwo Nuamah is the only one to have submitted his forms.
