Krowor MCE, Power Minds Youth collaborate to train some 150 youth in make-up

In his quest to provide a form of livelihood for the youth within Krowor Municipality, the Municipal Chief Executive(MCE) for the area, Honourable Joshua Nii Bortey has teamed up with a Non Governmental Organization(Power Minds Youth) to train some 150 youth in make-up artistising.

The move, he revealed was aimed at helping interested youth to discover their hidden talents. The training which took place recently saw scores of youth expressing interest for the training session. To some of the youth present, it was a dream come true while to a host of others, it was an opportunity they would not allow to pass them bye.

The training programme which is bill to last for fifteen days saw both young men and women coming forth to acquire the needed skills for their future life.

Fifteen days, according to the trainers, was enough for the trainees to be armed with the necessary techniques to execute a given task.

The participants will be given free kits and certificates after the 15 days training.

A collaboration between the Krowor Municipal Assembly and Power Minds Youth is a unique opportunity in Empowering the Youth to Empower Future Generations.

Honourable Joshua Nii Bortey expressed his heartfelt appreciation to God Almighty for the opportunity to impact positively.

"Krowor is Working Again to the Glory of God", Honourable Bortey said.
