The Krontihene for Adantia, a suburb of Odumasi in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono Region, Nana Kwame Boakye is appealing for support to construct a health center for the community.

In an interview with Soiree News, Nana Boakye said he has offered his two rooms for the town to be used as a health post which was not appropriate hence the decision by the Assemblymember, Unit committee, and the Chiefs to start a modern health facility.

He however indicated that, due to financial constraints, they have not been able to complete the project at the fastest rate.

As a result, they are appealing to the Sunyani West Municipal Assembly, the Member of Parliament for the area, Ignatius Baffour Awuah, and the Government in general to as a matter of urgency come to their aid to complete the project.

Touching on other challenges facing his community, Nana Kwame Boakye stated that poorly constructed gutters in the community have been causing flooding in various homes whenever it rains.

He noted that the gutters are small which cannot contain the flow of the water when it rains.

for this reason, he has made several complaints to the various authorities to resolve the challenge but to no avail.
