Just In: Two Dead, Others injured As Ford Collide With Taxi Cab On Sunyani Berekum road.

An ancient has just occurred between a taxi cab and a Ford transit bus in a head-on collision killing two passengers instantly as many got injured.

The accident occurred at the section of Mantukwa road, on the Sunyani-Berekum Highway in the Bono Region. 

According to eyewitnesses, the taxi driver was overtaking a car ahead of him and instantly collided with an incoming Ford transit from Sunyani to Berekum injuring most of the passengers. 

By the timely intervention of the Ghana Ambulance Service, some of the injured passengers were transported to Sunyani Regional Hospital, Sunyani SDA, and Municipal Hospitals respectively. 

The Sunyani Municipal Police MTTD has begun an investigation into the cause of the accident.
