John Mahama: "NPP is terrified of me"

The National People's Party (NPP) is frightened of his second coming, according to John Drmani Mahama, the previous president of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

On Sunday, March 12, the former president said this while on a campaign stop in Wenchi.

One of the four candidates for the National Democratic Congress' flagbearer position is John Mahama (NDC). In the upcoming NDC elections, Mr. Mahama is being challenged by Mr. Ernest Kobea, a businessman, Dr. Kwabena Duffuor, a former leader of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), and Kojo Bonsu.

John Mahama claimed in his address that he is the best candidate to serve as the NDC's flagbearer in the elections of 2024.

He continued by saying that he has faith that God will grant him success.

He urged party members to support him so that he could be chosen as the flagbearer.

"I have faith that God will grant us success. Let's support one individual by casting a large number of NDC votes. The NPP's 2020 presidential contender declared that all four candidates are not afraid of them, with the exception of Mahama.
