The founder of the New Life Kingdom Chapel, Bishop Stephen Kwesi Appiah, well known as Jesus Ahoufe has finally been granted bail after his arrest over the prophecy of a death threat on Shatta Wale’s life.

The prophet was impeached before the court on October 25 and was pleaded not guilty after he was being charged with causing fear and panic on the life of Shatta Wale.

According to the report he was given out bail after his wife Vivian, outcried and complained about the ill-health issues of her husband.

Not long ago the wife disclosed in an interview that the husband was sick and has been refused bail in spite of his condition.

Jesus Ahoufe was arrested on October 19, 2021, following his prophecy that Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale will be arrested and would be shot dead on 18 October 2021.

Jesus Ahoufe in an interview told that in “On October 18, 2021, a big calamity will befall Ghana.

“Ghanaians should pray for our musicians, especially dancehall music performers. I saw in my vision that one had lost his life".

“Similar case occurred on October 18, 2007, in South Africa (Lucky Dube), and the same thing is going to happen in Ghana. The person is a popular dancehall artiste in Ghana.”

Meanwhile, Shatta Wale and his three partners came out to publish fake news that Shatta has been shot dead and was admitted at an unknown hospital in Accra.

Leading to the fake news, Shatta Wale and his crew are on remand for one week at the Ankafu Prison waiting for them to be granted bail.
