The Jaman South Municipal Assembly of the Bono Region led by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Honourable Andrew Bediako also known as Andy Young together with the traditional authorities in Drobo Traditional Council have cut-sod for the construction of an ultra-modern market for the market women and traders in Drobo, the Municipal capital.
The MCE admonished his people to keep on paying their taxes because that's the only way the assembly can get money to develop the community for the developmental projects in the Municipality.
The Abakomahene of Drobo Traditional Council, Nana Afari Koranteng also expressed his appreciation to the Municipal Assembly and MCE for his immense contributions towards the development of Drobo and pledge total support by the traditional authorities to collaborate with the Assembly in all areas of progress.
The contractor handling the project, Mr. Tony Yeboah said, he is going to work tirelessly within the stipulated time to get the work done within 6 months to help the market women to have a conducive place to trade to boost their revenue in trade.
