Adwoa Pee has disclosed that Jackie Appiah hangs call on her when she calls to support her financially with her hospital bill.

Veteran Ghanaian actress Adwoa Pee who is currently sick has opened up to the general public to explain how award-winning actress Jackie Appiah snubbed her on her sickbed.

During an interview with Obibini TV, Adwoa Pee recounted Jackie Appiah hung up a call on her when she needed GHC 6000 to help her undergo surgery at Korle-Bu.

As proclaimed by Adwoa Pee said she was hospitalized at Korle Bu Hospital for a variety of diseases, including kidney stones.

The veteran actress continued that she needed 6,000 cedi’s in addition to what she already had and therefore decided to solicit the help of her colleagues in the movie industry.

Adwoa Pee narrated that she felt a lot of pain and cried when Jackie Appiah did that to her because they had a very good relationship as she considered her as her daughter.

She said,’’ When I called, she immediately asked, ‘Are you still in Virginia?’ I informed her that I had been in Ghana for some time and required assistance with surgery. “At that precise moment, she cut the line on me,” 

She added that several follow-up calls and a message to Jackie Appiah were all answered.

Adwoa Pee said she followed up by sending Jackie a text message demanding Kalsoume Sinare’s contact information. Jackie shrugged that away as well.

She further painfully stated that Jackie’s inhumane attitude still hurts her although the incident happened about 3 years ago.

Adwoa Pee discovered she contacted Nana Ama Mcbrown for help after Jackie Appiah disappointed her.

According to her, McBrown was very accommodative, spoke to her nicely, and told her to give her some time to prepare and come and look after her because she had recently undergone an expensive surgery on her arm.

Veteran Ghanaian Actress Adwoa Pee concluded that she is battling spondylosis and ulcer and currently need about $60000 to $110,000 to undergo surgery in the U.S.
