Eden Hazard will take part in his first big game as a Real Madrid player when they host Valencia at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano on Thursday.

The match is hugely important for Zinedine Zidane's side as they go after Barcelona in the LaLiga Santander title race.

Los Blancos are currently five points behind their Catalan rivals in the table, after Quique Setien's side beat Leganes on Tuesday.

As for Hazard, injury has ruled him out of many of Real Madrid's other big games this season.

He's missed both Clasicos, the first leg in the Champions League against Manchester City and also the Supercopa de Espana.

The derby against Atletico Madrid and the matches against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League are the only two mega-clashes the Belgian has featured in.

It was in that second game against PSG at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu that Hazard picked up his first major ankle injury of the campaign.

Now, more than six months later, he's fully recovered and raring to help Real Madrid challenge for trophies.
